The beef produced by Ferme Bouffard (CRSB certified) is 100% local meat, with no growth hormones added and no antibiotics. The animals selected are fed fodder and are raised naturally, following animal welfare rules from birth to slaughter.

Beef will always have its place on our plates, and the beef that we feature is marbled and tender making it flavourful and of top quality.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ONLINE ORDERS: Store pick-up allows products to be ordered from our site and picked up at one of our three sites. Orders may be placed from Sunday to Thursday before 12 noon. Allow 48 hours from the date of your order before picking it up at the store, which will be possible as of 12 noon from Tuesday to Saturday.
