Our cattle are reared respecting the rules on animal welfare, at the same time promoting slow, natural growth, and eliminating any intermediary. Special attention is paid to animal genetics to produce beef with high meat content and above-average tolerance levels.
Boucherie Face de Bœuf features a selection of the best meats, sourced directly from farms raising beef, pork, lamb, veal, and chicken. It also offers a range of homemade dishes, terroir products, and complementary foodstuffs including baked goods and pastries.
