Boucherie Face de Bœuf specializes in renting cooking equipment for méchouis, with three rotisserie-roasters and a refrigerated trailer available for rent. We offer a number of choices of cuts of meat: beef, pork or piglet, lamb, poultry, and deli meat. Contact us with any questions you may have and/or for reservations. Our staff can advise you on the choice of meats, how to cook them, and the selection of marinades.

CONDITIONS
• The $250 deposit will be reimbursed upon return if there is no damage. Inspection with the customer prior to departure and upon return.
• Charcoal or wood not included in the price.
• A discount on the equipment rental will be applied upon the second payment of the rental fee in the store as well as a discount on your meat.
• All kinds of meat available! Cut or whole lamb, cut or whole beef, cut or whole pork or piglet, grain-fed chicken, bologna (the latter becoming more and more popular) plain or marinated.
• Equipment attaches to the back of a vehicle, 2-in. ball required
• Late fee: $50 per day
• 50% of the rental cost must be paid at the time of reservation, and the other 50% paid on the day the equipment is picked up.
• Pick-up of rotisserie-roasters and/or trailer at the Queen-Victoria location only
– Contact us to rent the three rotisserie-roasters on the same weekend or to repeat the reservation for each available piece of equipment.
